Have you got an agreement with this power plant administration or Eesti Energia so that they allow you to climb and shoot the plant? Is it easy to get an official permit for that?
I got there with art colledge people shooting some film, so yes, official permission, but not exactly for myself. As they said - it was not easy to get it :)
